Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Customer Support Representative to join reputed company, providing top-notch support to our clients through live chat, email, and phone interactions. As a key member of our Customer Care department, you'll be responsible for resolving customer issues, promoting our products and services, and building strong relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns

  • Evaluate customer interactions and reputed company issues to Online Chat Manager reputed company appropriate
  • Create relationships with new customers to reputed company understand and reputed company their needs
  • Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
  • Promote interest in client products and services

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
