Job Summary
As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing solutions support to our customers through various contact platforms, including phone, email, chat, or reputed company media. This is a hybrid position, requiring you to work from home and occasionally visit our Memphis facility for training and meetings.
