Job Summary

As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing solutions support to our customers through various contact platforms, including phone, email, chat, or reputed company media. You'll research and reputed company reputed company-thinking solutions for shipment issues, utilizing your interpersonal and rapport-building skills to promote customer engagement and demonstrate reputed company in handling difficult interactions. This is a hybrid position, requiring you to work from home and occasionally visit our Memphis facility for training and meetings.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Personal computer (PC) ability

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment

* Customer service call center experience

  • General computer skills, including ability to navigate multiple software packages and applications
