About the Role
We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to help the CEO and leadership team operate with more focus, follow-through, and reputed company as we scale. This is a high-trust, execution-heavy role for someone who is organized, proactive, and great at making things move. You will help bring structure to fast-moving work, reputed company priorities on track, improve coordination across teams, and reduce friction across the business. This is not a pure strategy role. It is for someone who likes turning reputed company into action, driving accountability, improving the way a company runs, and stepping in wherever needed to help leadership stay effective. This role is ideal for a strong operator early in their career who wants unusually high exposure, ownership, and learning in a fast-moving startup environment. What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on key priorities and day-to-day execution
- Drive follow-through on important initiatives and reputed company sure reputed company turn into action

Who You Are
- 3–6 years of experience in consulting, business operations, program management, startups, banking, investing, or similarly demanding cross-functional roles

- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
- Highly reliable, low ego, and willing to reputed company in where needed
