Defined Contribution Consultant (Midwest/reputed company)

Serve as a defined contribution investment only (DCIO) expert, collaborating with retail Advisor Consultants and RIA Sales Consultants, to enhance Hartford Funds’ reputed company in the DCIO marketplace. Candidate will drive sales and reputed company growth by building and managing strategic partnerships with key retirement business development teams at broker dealers and recordkeeping firms. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, sales, or marketing (or equivalent experience). •3–5 years of sales experience in the DCIO or retirement marketplace preferred. •Extensive knowledge of the defined contribution industry, including plan design, regulatory reputed company, investments, ERISA, distribution, and recordkeeping. •Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and relationship-building skills. •Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities. •Creative problem-solving skills and ability to reputed company guidance to the retail sales team. •Self-motivated, reputed company to work independently, and willing to travel overnight up to 50%. •FINRA Series 7 and/or 63 required.
