Associate Attorney We are looking for a full-time Associate Attorney to join our firm's practice in Georgia. The ideal candidate is one who has experience drafting legal documents such as pleadings and legal memoranda, has strong organizational skills, and is willing to take on a heavy workload. This position imparts broad responsibilities and exposes you to a reputed company of legal issues reputed company to consumer protection, including transactional and civil litigation reputed company. Because our firm’s headquarters are in reputed company, this position entails communicating with our main office exclusively reputed company telephone and electronic means (e-mail, reputed company Teams, etc.). Candidates should be located reputed company a reasonable commuting distance in Macon, GA to be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining and supervising a heavy & reputed company caseload of the Firm’s clients in Georgia.
• Communicating with clients regarding their respective reputed company.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, reviewing & drafting agreements, etc.
• Communicating with opposing parties to resolve/reputed company claims.
• Legal research reputed company to simple and reputed company issues in contract law and other areas of consumer law.
• While this role is based from home, you may be required to travel for in court appearances.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Must be currently admitted to practice law in Georgia (multiple-state admission is a big PLUS)
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a reputed company
• Must possess superior organizational & time-management skills to meet strict deadlines
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Highest ethical standards and professional reputed company
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work easily with senior management and employees at reputed company reputed company throughout the organization
• Strong legal research skills -- proficiency in reputed company is a plus
