We have an immediate opening for a staff attorney in our reputed company: Advanced Records Center. The staff attorney will handle Public Records Act requests for our municipal clients throughout California and ideally Nevada as well, and supervise reputed company of dedicated paralegals and reviewers. Extensive experience with and substantive knowledge of the Public Records Act, as well as extensive experience with e-discovery, are both required. E-discovery certification preferred. This position may be remote but the attorney is expected to travel to client offices and courts throughout those reputed company. Candidates must be admitted to practice in California. The reasonably expected pay scale for this position is $90,000 - $125,000.
