Attorney - Consumer Financial & Insurance Services

This position would be fully remote reputed company the Seattle area. This role offers the opportunity to work reputed company a collaborative, nationally recognized team representing insurance companies and financial institutions in reputed company litigation reputed company. The practice spans a broad reputed company of insurance coverage issues—including bad faith, professional liability, pollution, construction defect, personal and advertising injury, cyber liability, and excess liability—as well as consumer financial services litigation involving single-plaintiff reputed company and appeals in state and federal courts. - Admission to the Washington State Bar in good standing
- 5+ years of experience in civil litigation in state and federal courts
- Experience in either (or both): Insurance coverage litigation or Consumer financial services litigation, representing financial institutions
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
