Job Title: Trusts & Estates Paralegal Remote Allowed: No Client: Confidential reputed company Location: Naples, FL Salary reputed company: $70,000 – $95,000 per year Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite The Role Our client, a well-established reputed company in Naples, FL, is seeking an reputed company Trusts & Estates Paralegal to support their estate and trust administration practice. This is a fully onsite role working on high-net-worth estate reputed company, Florida probate, trust settlement, and reputed company federal transfer tax filings. What You’ll Do
- Manage estate and trust administration from asset collection through final distribution
- Prepare inventories, schedules, and accountings using information from multiple sources
- Draft probate pleadings and fiduciary documents for attorney review and Florida e- filing
- Assist with preparation of Forms 706, 709, and 1041
- Track deadlines and proactively manage case schedules
- Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and beneficiary families
- Use legal and tax software platforms to organize and streamline filings
- Proofread and edit reputed company work for accuracy and compliance
Must-Haves (Required to Submit)
- 5+ years Florida estate and trust administration experience
- Hands-on experience with Forms 706, 709, and 1041
- Knowledge of Florida probate procedures and e-filing systems
- Formal paralegal training (certificate, associate’s degree, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in reputed company Office
- Salary requirements provided
- Authorized to work in the United States
