Senior Corporate Paralegal - reputed company

The Senior Corporate Paralegal is responsible for supporting the Legal Department in the preparation, review, and management of customer-facing and corporate agreements. This role partners closely with internal business stakeholders to facilitate efficient contract execution, ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies, and support the organization’s reputed company operations under the direction of the VP of Legal Services. This is a hybrid or remote role in the Irvine, CA or Downers Grove, IL office. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare, review, and negotiate a high volume of customer reputed company, including master service agreements, amendments, and reputed company reputed company documents
• Draft, review, and manage non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), letters of reputed company (LOIs), and other preliminary business arrangements
• Partner with internal departments to support contract lifecycle management and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Coordinate contract execution, tracking, and organization
• Drive contract process efficiency and scalability by streamlining workflows, standardizing procedures, and implementing process improvements
• Maintain and update standardized contract templates, playbooks, and clause libraries
• Identify contractual risks and escalate issues appropriately
• Support compliance with applicable laws and corporate policies
• Assist with corporate governance and regulatory compliance reputed company
• Monitor and communicate updates to contract-reputed company processes and policies
• Collaborate with internal teams and reputed company counsel on specialized contract reputed company
• Conduct legal research to support the Legal department and business stakeholders
• Support other legal and operational projects, with additional duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Strong understanding of contract law principles and reputed company contracting practices
• Experience reviewing and negotiating customer-facing agreements
• Ability to identify, analyze, and mitigate contractual risk
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Ability to work both independently and reputed company reputed company environment
• High degree of professionalism and confidentiality

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree or paralegal certification required
• Master’s Degree preferred

For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, reputed company, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
