Job Description:
- Serve as Staff Attorney to reputed company the Judges as well as the Director of Central Staff
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited law school/Florida Bar
- Senior level requires at least two years’ experience in the practice of law, and Florida Bar membership.
- Career level requires at least five years’ experience in the practice of law, and Florida Bar membership.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company of eight attorneys
- Ability to maintain a large caseload and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of legal principles, statutory and case law, court rules and procedures
- Comprehensive knowledge of legal publications and the ability to use them effectively
- Ability to reason reputed company and analytically
- Ability to grasp, comprehend, and analyze reputed company issues and complicated factual reputed company
- Ability to reputed company exacting work, reputed company to details
- Ability to cut through and discern legal issues in reputed company before the court
- Ability to digest and communicate reputed company and concepts orally and in writing
- Ability to exercise discretion, confidentiality, impartiality and honesty in handling reputed company before the court
- Ability to work effectively with judges and court staff
- Criminal Post-conviction experience is a plus.
