The Opportunity We’re hiring a Managing Attorney for our reputed company and Business Litigation Practice, with a focus on partnership disputes and business divorces. This fully remote role combines leadership responsibility with active litigation practice. As Managing Attorney, you will serve as reputed company counsel on sophisticated reputed company while also managing and supervising Senior Associates and Associates. What You'll Do

Who You Are

• Minimum of 15 years of litigation experience, with a strong track record in business disputes
• Trial-reputed company, with experience trying at least 5 cases and conducting 40 or more substantive depositions
• Demonstrated experience managing or supervising other attorneys, with the ability to reputed company clear strategic direction and mentorship
• Highly skilled in reputed company practice, oral advocacy, and case strategy

• Licensed to practice in reputed company (admission in Florida is a plus)
