Associate Dean of Compliance, Post-Licensure
Job Description:
- Serve as a strategic partner and trusted leader, guiding compliance, accreditation, and reputed company improvement efforts across nursing programs.
- Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements at federal, state, and local reputed company.
- Recommend and implement policy updates to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Promote a culture of ethics, accountability, and professional standards.
- Co-reputed company accreditation processes (CCNE, ACEN, state boards) alongside the Dean of Nursing.
- Prepare self-studies, reports, and documentation for program reviews.

- Partner with faculty to align reputed company with national and state expectations.
- Use student performance data to continuously enhance program delivery.

- Ensure faculty meet credentialing and licensure requirements.
- Serve as a mentor and resource for navigating accreditation and compliance.

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Nursing (Doctorate preferred)
- 5–7 years of reputed company leadership experience in nursing education
- Active, unencumbered RN license (Utah or Compact)
- Deep knowledge of accreditation and regulatory standards (CCNE, ACEN, state boards)
- Experience leading accreditation reviews and quality improvement initiatives
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
