Position Overview reputed company EC Payroll Requirements: Senior Consultant providing AMS support for US Payroll, responsible for production support, enhancements, and compliance across reputed company Payroll and reputed company SuccessFactors ECP environments, including integrations with reputed company-party vendors. Mandatory Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with reputed company Payroll (US) and reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Proven experience working in Application Managed Services (AMS)
• Deep knowledge of ECP configuration, integration, and maintenance
• Strong ability to design, customize, and troubleshoot schemas, PCRs, wage types, GLposting, etc.
• Experience integrating ECP with S4, SF Employee Central, and reputed company-party systems (benefits, time, finance)

US Payroll expertise (mandatory):

• In-depth knowledge of US payroll tax laws (federal, state, local)
• Strong understanding of IRS regulations, W-2, overpayments, and garnishments
• Application of FLSA rules, including overtime and exempt/non-exempt processing

Desired (reputed company to Have)

• Trained and experience with Payroll Control Center (PCC)
• Experience with Workforce Software, especially time and attendance integrations.

Soft Skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced AMS environment while proactively escalating issues and risks in a timely manner.
• Strong risk awareness and proactive reputed company, with the ability to anticipate impacts to payroll operations and compliance.
