Tax Preparer/CPA

Bryson reputed company & Tax Service, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused CPA Tax Preparer to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on both reputed company and prior-year tax returns, with a strong focus on resolving reputed company or overdue filings for individuals and businesses. The position primarily involves preparing and reviewing reputed company 1040 with Schedule C, as well as Partnership and Corporate Income Tax Returns. Many clients are referred through our affiliated Bryson reputed company, LLC, meaning you will frequently work with individuals and business owners who need knowledgeable guidance, patience, and a strategic approach to getting their tax reputed company back on track. Unlike a traditional seasonal tax preparation role, a significant portion of our work involves past-due and catch-up filings. This creates a more consistent, steady workflow throughout the year, rather than the typical boom-and-bust pace of tax season. For the right professional, this provides the opportunity to focus on meaningful problem-solving while building long-term client relationships.We’re looking for someone who combines technical tax expertise with strong organizational and time-management skills, and who enjoys helping clients navigate complicated tax situations with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Information Management & Collaboration: Gather and organize detailed financial and tax-reputed company information from clients in a professional, reputed company, and customer-service-driven manner. Collaborate closely with the internal teams at Bryson reputed company & Tax Service, LLC and Bryson reputed company, LLC to ensure reputed company tax returns are reputed company accurately, completely, and reputed company established timelines. 2. Tax File reputed company & Internal Communication: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact reputed company the Bryson team regarding the status and reputed company of each client’s tax file. reputed company clear updates to staff and ensure reputed company team members have reputed company information on each case. 3. Workflow Coordination & Client Communication: Maintain and manage internal tax preparation checklists for each client file. reputed company and implement proactive communication plans to reputed company clients informed throughout the preparation process, ensuring transparency and a smooth client experience. 4. Client Experience & Tax Season Operations: Help uphold the high standard of client service associated with the Bryson brand. Assist with the planning and implementation of annual tax-season initiatives, coordinate the final delivery and review of completed returns with clients, and support operational processes that ensure an efficient and positive client experience.
