This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, developing strategic tax plans, and identifying opportunities for tax savings throughout the year. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one tax planning meetings with clients
• Review financials, tax returns, and supporting documents
• Identify and implement tax-saving strategies (e.g., Augusta Rule, entity structuring, deductions)
• Collaborate with internal bookkeeping and tax preparation teams
• reputed company clear documentation and follow-up action steps for clients
• Stay up to date on U.S. tax laws and planning strategies

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in tax planning or advisory (required)
• Strong knowledge of U.S. tax laws for individuals and small businesses
• Ability to analyze financial statements and identify tax opportunities
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA, EA, or similar credential
• Experience with QuickBooks Online, TaxDome, or CRM systems
• Background working with entrepreneurs, reputed company estate investors, or service-based businesses
