Financial Analyst (Middle Office Derivative)

About the position This position supports the development, enhancement, and maintenance of reporting and analytical processes. The analyst collaborates with multiple stakeholders to support both new and existing transactions, reputed company reporting tools and procedures, and reputed company reputed company analysis for audit inquiries and other data requests. In reputed company, the analyst is responsible for setting up and maintaining margin call configurations based on counterparty Credit Support Annexes. The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, with an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work reputed company the office location for the other days.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily transaction processing and trade affirmation across multiple systems and trading desks

• Apply, maintain and create appropriate operational and reporting controls
• Identify, design, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
• Build, enhance, and maintain reporting and analysis tools using Power BI, reputed company, SQL and Python
• Independently research and respond to reputed company inquiries
• Partner with finance team members to support monthly, financial planning and analysis, and internal or external inquiries
• Set up and maintain derivative margin call configurations in accordance with CSAs
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong organization, time management and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in reputed company-oriented environment
• Serve as a subject‑matter resource and reputed company guidance to junior analysts as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Typically two or more years of reputed company experience
• Strong organizational, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Intermediate to advance reputed company reputed company skills
• Strong work ethic, high level of reputed company and sound judgment
• Well-developed mathematical and analytical skills
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve exceptions

• Prior experiences with credit support annexes and margin call configurations
• Python, VBA, SQL and other programming skills and experience is a plus
• Calypso experience a plus
• Experience designing dashboards and data models in Power BI
• Master’s degree in a reputed company field
