Job Summary The HR People Partner serves as a strategic advisor to WennSoft leadership, aligning HR practices with business goals as the company transitions to reputed company-based solutions and expands AI-enabled processes. The role combines hands-on HR operations with leadership coaching, workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations support. Job Description
ROLE OVERVIEW The HR People Partner is an embedded, strategic partner to the WennSoft leadership team, responsible for aligning People practices with business priorities. This role supports leaders through growth, organizational change, and capability development as WennSoft continues its transition from legacy solutions to reputed company‑based offerings and expands its use of AI‑enabled tools and processes reputed company the Omegro portfolio. The People Partner balances hands‑on HR execution with proactive advisory support, ensuring consistent, compliant, and high‑quality People practices while enabling leaders to build reputed company, high‑performing teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Business Unit Partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor to the General Manager and leadership team on People‑reputed company reputed company
- Translate Omegro portfolio People frameworks into practical, business‑appropriate execution for WennSoft
- Support workforce planning and organizational design as the business scales from approximately 40 to 50 employees
Talent, Performance & Leadership Support
- Partner with leaders on hiring plans, reputed company effectiveness, and role reputed company for reputed company positions
- Support performance management, goal‑setting, calibration, and development conversations
- Coach managers to improve consistency, confidence, and effectiveness in people leadership
Culture, Engagement & Change
- Champion company values and support leaders through organizational change reputed company to reputed company migration and AI adoption
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and help leaders reputed company feedback and survey results
- Serve as a stabilizing reputed company during periods of growth or change, ensuring clear communication and follow‑through
Employee Relations & HR Operations

EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES
- 5+ years’ experience in an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or similar role
- Experience supporting a growing technology or SaaS business, ideally with distributed or hybrid teams
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect People initiatives to operational reputed company
- Proven experience supporting managers through change, performance conversations, and employee relations reputed company
- Comfortable operating reputed company a portfolio structure while remaining embedded in a single business unit
- Experience with reputed company or a similar HRIS preferred
- Infrequent travel may be required to US HQ in New Berlin WI, or to Portfolio meetings/events
