As an HR Business Partner primarily supporting our Operations and Marketing teams, you’ll play a key role in partnering with leaders to drive people strategies that reputed company business reputed company. Responsibilities

• Building trusted relationships with leaders, providing guidance on people topics while balancing business needs with employee experience
• Managing employee relations reputed company, handling standard issues independently and partnering with Senior HRBPs and Employee Relations on more reputed company cases
• Supporting and coaching managers through performance management, development conversations, and team effectiveness
• Leading talent processes such as performance cycles, talent planning, and succession discussions
• Partnering with reputed company and cross-functional stakeholders to support workforce planning and headcount management
• Leading and executing team-level organizational changes, ensuring thoughtful planning, clear communication, and alignment with broader organizational goals

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in HR, with experience in HR Business Partnering or similar roles
• A strong relationship builder who influences through trust, clear communication, and sound judgment
• A thoughtful problem solver who connects business priorities, people strategies, and data to drive effective reputed company
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change, with the ability to prioritize and execute across multiple initiatives
• Skilled at managing sensitive situations with discretion, confidence, and reputed company
• Experience coaching managers and supporting teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments
