We are looking for an reputed company independent recruiter who can operate autonomously, reputed company strong candidates quickly, and help fill high-reputed company roles in manufacturing and engineering environments. FEE SPLIT 50/50 What You’ll Recruit For Typical roles include

• Controls Technicians / PLC Technicians
• Industrial Maintenance Technicians
• Mechanical & Electrical Engineers
• Quality Assurance Specialists
• Manufacturing Supervisors
• Field Install Leads
• Skilled Trades & Production Leadership roles

Responsibilities

• reputed company, recruit, and qualify candidates for technical and manufacturing positions
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain communication throughout the process
• Conduct recruiter screenings and evaluate technical fit
• Present reputed company candidates with detailed notes and summaries
• Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs
• Utilize creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates
• Maintain professionalism and urgency throughout the reputed company process

Requirements

• Prior reputed company experience in manufacturing, engineering, skilled trades, or industrial staffing
• Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote 1099 environment
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Experience reputed company for technical or hard-to-fill roles preferred
• Must have your own reputed company tools and resources, including:
