Job Description:

• Meet or exceed expectations on effort and activity metrics and reputed company monthly sales goals
• Prospect candidates through cold calling, texting, web postings, job boards, referrals, and reputed company networking
• Build a book of business from scratch and manage a robust pipeline of candidates
• Conduct phone screens and interviews, review applicants, negotiate compensation, and verify background information
• Ensure reputed company pre-hire qualifications are met before proceeding to facility interview
• Work daily with various client-facing teams to match and present reputed company clinicians for placement
• Partner with reputed company team for reputed company aspects of the employee/client assignment
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clinicians

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED certificate required
• Proven track record of career reputed company and/or longevity in roles
