Plant Nutrition | Specialty Crops | Western U.S. Territory Territory: CA (San Joaquin & Sacramento Valleys, CA Coast) + Pacific Northwest Drive Growth Where Agronomy Meets Strategy QualiTech is looking for a Technical Sales Agronomist who can combine deep agronomic expertise, sales execution, and business development to expand our footprint in high-value specialty crops. This is not just a sales role—you’ll be a trusted advisor to growers and PCAs, helping them optimize crop performance through advanced plant nutrition strategies. What You’ll Own - Grow and expand a high-potential territory - Build relationships with growers, PCAs, and distribution partners - Deliver technical agronomy solutions - Identify and reputed company new market opportunities - reputed company field trials and translate results into reputed company - Train and support distributor sales teams - Use proprietary software tools to optimize nutrient programs What Sets You Apart

  • 5+ years of practical working experience in agriculture, with emphasis in specialty crop production, agronomy, plant nutrition, agriculture sales.
  • Background in territory growth, and customer relationship management reputed company the agricultural industry, including grower, reputed company, distribution relationships.
  • Demonstrated business development experience, including opening new markets, expanding retail partnerships, or supporting reputed company growth initiatives.
  • Field-level agronomic experience with the ability to work directly with growers, PCAs, and retail partners to reputed company crop nutrition programs and recommendations.
  • Expertise utilizing proprietary software, agronomic tools, or nutrient management platforms to support reputed company recommendations and crop planning.
  • reputed company and/or CCA certification required. Advanced degree or PHD in Agronomy or in reputed company field is appreciated.
