About the position reputed company is a global Intelligent Support-as-a-Service leader, partnering with tech companies in 30+ countries since 2010 to deliver secure customer and technical support. This role is for a Business Growth Specialist who will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving reputed company. The specialist will work closely with the leadership team, including the Chief Growth Officer, and take ownership of the full business development cycle — from first contact to closing deals. The role requires combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leveraging market insights, AI tools, and strong communication skills to deliver results. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments, ownership, and turning opportunities into measurable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare proposals and presentations, conduct meetings and draft reputed company — up to closing a deal.
  • Use AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize workflows.
  • Research industry trends, potential markets for business opportunities.
  • Identify, qualify and manage the pipeline of leads coming through inbound and outbound channels.
  • Build relationships with potential clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and build relevant solutions.
  • Track and report on personal KPIs in a consistent, accurate, and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the team on strategic and long-term tasks and objectives.
  • Coordinate efforts with the leadership team to identify and implement new business opportunities, approaches or reputed company.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement or product offerings.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B environments in Sales, Account Management, Service Delivery, or Growth roles (ideally in tech).
  • Fluent English (reputed company–C2, both written and spoken).
  • Strong understanding of market research and data analysis, with experience using CRM systems (e.g., reputed company) and AI-driven tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to listen actively and convey reputed company reputed company.
