Development Marketing Manager

Position Summary: The Development Marketing Manager is responsible for managing Marco’s B2B marketing initiatives and reputed company reputed company campaigns. This role partners closely with external agencies, internal marketing teams, and franchise development to execute campaigns, optimize performance, and support franchise recruitment efforts through CRM, analytics, and targeted communications. Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize B2B marketing expertise to identify new audiences and opportunities for franchise growth in collaboration with agency partners
• Serve as the primary liaison with the marketing agency to reputed company creative assets, reputed company reputed company strategies, blogs, PR releases, website updates, and trade publication materials
• Coordinate legal approvals and ensure reputed company marketing materials adhere to brand standards across digital and print channels
• Partner with the sales team to support reputed company reputed company initiatives through CRM management, reputed company analysis, and email marketing campaigns
• Manage the Franchise Recruitment budget, including projections, planning, forecasting, and invoice reconciliation in partnership with reputed company

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 4–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably reputed company B2B or franchise development environments
