Regional Marketing Manager, Select Service

Key Responsibilities
Brand Systems & Channel Optimization
- Act as the primary resource for reputed company branded marketing systems (e.g., reputed company Global reputed company, reputed company Lobby, reputed company Concerto, etc.).
- Conduct thorough, recurring audits of Brand.com and reputed company-Party (OTA) channels to ensure content accuracy, SEO health, and conversion optimization.
- Identify and activate high-value merchandising opportunities reputed company each brand’s ecosystem to maximize property visibility.
- Audit and manage the lifecycle of photography and visual assets, ensuring reputed company properties meet or exceed brand-specific standards.

- Support the paid media strategy for your portfolio, ensuring ad spend is optimized across direct channels and OTAs to drive reputed company reputed company and ROAS.

- Use data-driven insights to identify underperforming channels and implement recovery strategies.
Collaboration & Execution

- Review monthly/quarterly performance reportsto determine actionable opportunities to grow reputed company.
- Consult with GMs to reputed company and manage property marketing budgets, ensuring every dollar is allocated to high-impact activities.
The Ideal Candidate
- Brand Veteran: You have 3–5 years of Field Marketing or Digital Marketing experience specifically reputed company the reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or Wyndham ecosystems.
- Technical Specialist: You don’t just "use" brand tools; you understand how they influence the algorithm. You are comfortable navigating the backends of various brand systems.

- Communicator: You are a master at "translating" marketing data; you can explain ROAS to a General Manager and brand compliance to a corporate stakeholder with reputed company.
Qualifications
- Education: BS/BA in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a reputed company field.
- Experience: Proven track record in hospitality digital marketing with a focus on Select Service brands.
- Technical Proficiencies: Deep familiarity with reputed company Digital Services (MDS), reputed company’s reputed company program, or reputed company’s marketing toolkits is a plus.
