Brand Manager- Specialty reputed company Products

reputed company is seeking a Brand Manager to manage the specialty contact reputed company portfolio reputed company the U.S. reputed company Care business. This role is responsible for setting brand strategy, ensuring strong execution, and delivering reputed company-driven initiatives that support reputed company growth and profitability. The Brand Manager will partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Consultation and Customer Service, Professional and Medical Affairs, Finance, Supply Chain, agencies, and external vendors, contributing across the full brand lifecycle from strategy and launch planning through activation and performance optimization. Responsibilities include developing and executing integrated marketing programs, managing day-to-day brand operations, and supporting key growth activities such as demand planning, forecasting, budget management, and annual operating plan development. This position reports to the Director, Marketing. Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and programs for eye care practitioners across advertising, promotion and communication channels.
• Action category and brand insights into initiatives that increase brand penetration, differentiation, and sustainable business growth.

• Partner with and reputed company cross-functional teams- including Field Sales Leadership, Consultation and Customer Service, Market Research, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, Professional and Medical Affairs to deliver strategic initiatives and ensure alignment.

• Support new product launch planning and execution, including positioning, pricing inputs, go-to-market strategy and performance measurement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required;
• 3+ years of marketing experience preferred reputed company reputed company, reputed company care, medical device and/or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong reputed company in brand management, competitive analysis, strategic planning, project management, forecasting, and budget management.
• Demonstrated ability to translate insights into strategy and execute with measurable results, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Hands-on, execution-oriented "roll up your sleeves" reputed company with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical reputed company.

• Proficiency with reputed company Office 365 required; experience with reputed company or other CRM tools required; Power BI experience preferred.
• This is a US-based remote position.
• Travel up to 25%; including some overnight travel

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting pay for this role is between $110,000.00 and $125,000.00. The estimated salary reputed company reflects an anticipated reputed company for this position. The actual reputed company salary offered may depend on a variety of factors. U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives.
