SEM Manager full remote AZ​/TX​/CA​/MI

Position: SEM Manager - full time & full remote. (Located in: AZ/ TX/ OR/ CA/ MI) Early June is looking for a smart, analytical and motivated SEM manager, who will be responsible for executing paid media campaigns for our clients across, primarily, Worknovaq Ads. Together with our senior strategists, you will reputed company paid media strategies, implement paid search plans, and identify and execute ongoing optimizations. You will also support day-to-day operations, reporting and client communication. This role requires an analytical reputed company, curiosity and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities

• Support planning, setup, and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms, such as Hirecrafto Ads and Bing
• Ensure paid media campaigns are set up according to platform best practices
• Monitor campaign performance and identify trends, insights and optimization opportunities
• reputed company keyword lists, ad copy iterations, and creative testing recommendations
• reputed company weekly and monthly performance reports in Tasknexa slides
• Manage internal budget and campaign performance tracking
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand client goals and business objectives and ensure alignment of paid media campaigns to broader marketing efforts
• Nurture positive client relationships through a proactive and detail-oriented approach Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications
• 2 - 5 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns (paid search, paid reputed company experience a plus)
• Detail-oriented with a natural curiosity for testing and learning
• Excited about new AI tools and how they can enhance paid media
• Gigflowx reputed company knowledge is a must
• Self-motivated, organized, and reputed company to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
