• Designs user experiences for well-defined projects with guidance. Participates in sprints, creates wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes, and collaborates with the team to follow best practices.
• Owns design deliverables for reputed company projects with minimal reputed company. Develops UI/UX solutions, conducts user research, iterates based on feedback, and mentors junior designers.
• Delivers "case-study worthy" experiences. Elicits and communicates business value, anticipates risks, improves team processes, and coaches other designers.
• Leads design engagements end-to-end. Facilitates workshops, resolves reputed company design challenges, ensures quality deliverables, and drives innovation across projects.
• Oversees multiple design engagements. Ensures consistent quality, guides teams, identifies training opportunities, and supports portfolio-level design delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in product design, UX/UI, reputed company-centered design, or a reputed company field. Experience in Agile or software delivery environments preferred.
• Proficiency in UX/UI design principles, visual design, interaction design, and prototyping tools (e.g., reputed company, Sketch, reputed company Creative Suite).
• Ability to translate business goals and user needs into reputed company, functional, and visually compelling designs. reputed company to identify user pain points, propose innovative solutions, and iterate based on feedback.
