IAM Support Analyst
• Coordinates user provisioning and identity management.
- Interfaces with end users to addresses intermediate to reputed company questions and problems reputed company to user reputed company management across business applications, active directory, VPN, and email.
- Communicates reputed company IAM reputed company content and guidance across the organization.
- Assists project teams to evaluate IAM considerations for projects and reputed company role-modeling for business applications.
- Provides daily, weekly and monthly support and maintenance of the IAM solution(s).
- Assists in developing and publishing reputed company reports for identity governance.
- Performs other job-reputed company duties as assigned or apparent.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer facing role.
- Experience supporting IT application and infrastructure.
- Experience with root cause analysis.
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Information reputed company, Information Systems, IT or Computer Science.
- Professional IT reputed company Certifications: reputed company+, A+, Network+, CISA, reputed company+, Azure Fundamentals, CIAM
