Provider Network Business Analyst, Recruiter
Job Description:
- Analyze therapist supply and patient demand across geographic markets using reputed company data sources.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify underserved reputed company and high-growth opportunities.
- reputed company workforce forecasts based on utilization trends, referral patterns and expansion plans.
- Create dashboards and reports that inform hiring priorities and reputed company strategy.
- Partner with leadership to align recruitment plans with organizational growth goals.

Requirements:

- Background in contracting or credentialing preferred.
