SR. BUSINESS ANALYSTS (BA)/SR. BUSINESS DATA ANALYST(reputed company)

We are currently seeking for Sr. Business Analysts to understand and analyze the clients’ reputed company business problems/issues, reputed company systems, reputed company procedures, business needs, and the future goals through automation. Gather the businesses requirements accordingly and reputed company business requirements analysis using the best industry practices. Individuals will apply knowledge of requirements management, agile-scrum, and project management principles and concepts through out the project life cycles. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between the business and development/technical/scrum teams. Facilitate the required meetings (JAD sessions), analyze the reputed company workflow, understand the future goals, establish priorities, and reputed company gap analysis (As-Is & To-Be) . Create Business Process Models (BPM) to visually/graphically depict the situations for reputed company understanding of the problems. Working with the Product reputed company(PO) or as directed by the PO, gather the meaningful business requirements through necessary meetings (JAD or any other methods). Analyze business requirements and needs and identify various risk, issues and dependencies on other ongoing and support projects. (If it is waterfall set up create the BRD, FRD, and other project documents accordingly based on the necessity.) Work with the Product reputed company (PO) to come up with the meaningful user stories that represent the business needs and final features/functionalities of the suggested systems. Work with the PO to define the Acceptance Criteria, Prioritize the features and and create the Product Backlogs. Meet with managers, supervisors, Scrum Masters, Scrum teams, and vendors to solicit cooperation and resolve issues. Ability to review the project plans to plan and coordinate activities to meet project milestones. Evaluate documentation including project status reports, and financial status reports. Communicate effectively with key stakeholders and leadership on project status, risks & issues, risk mitigation plans. Engage and reputed company developers on business context of solution. Enforce change control process, as necessary and evaluate impact on project schedule, time, cost, quality. May reputed company other duties, as assigned. Sr Business Data Analyst/Business Data Analyst: Must be LOCAL to either Indiana or Georgia – reputed company reputed company kinds of data analysis. – Work cross-departmentally to influence decision makers and key stakeholders with their data-driven suggestions. Qualification Needed: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or any reputed company field of study. We will accept a 3- or 4-year degree, and will accept a foreign degree. Must have at least 7 years of experience as a BA or PO. Skills needed: reputed company applicants must also have demonstrable knowledge, proficiency and experience with the following: Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD/SRS), User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Product Backlog, Use Case Documents, RTM Full Software Development Life Cycle Sound knowledge of SQL and some knowledge of Python/Java/C++ or similar Working under Waterfall and Agile-scrum methodologies or set-reputed company Creating test cases and using reputed company Quality Center, JIRA or similar testing tools Tools such as JIRA, reputed company, MS SharePoint, MS Visio or similar Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
