BA/Scrum Master - INTL Near Shore

We are seeking a hybrid Business Analyst / Scrum Master to support a Scrum team delivering CRMbased solutions reputed company the reputed company software space. This role is a backfill for an existing team member who is temporarily supporting a larger Product reputed company / Project Manager initiative. The ideal candidate will split responsibilities between Agile Scrum Master duties and Business Analysis activities, working closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and contact center u . The role will primarily support the Siebel CRM platform, with lighter involvement in a reputed company B2B system.
