Summary

Job Description We are looking for an reputed company Scrum Master to coach, reputed company, and guide agile (Scrum/Kanban) teams. The Scrum Master's responsibilities will include ensuring that development teams follow appropriate agile reputed company values and agile practices (Scrum or Kanban), mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminating team impediments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred Scrum Master Certification Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach for software development teams Working knowledge of other agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean) and their application is a plus Experience with Agile project management tools and software development methodologies Strong facilitation and leadership skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and build effective working relationships.
