Scrum Master(W2 only)
Job description: We seek an reputed company Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team at reputed company. As a Scrum master, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes reputed company our business unit, ensuring we can work collaboratively and reputed company to deliver high-quality solutions. You will work closely with the product development team to ensure that the work progresses on schedule, reputed company budget, and to the desired level of quality. Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor to reputed company – helping to foster a culture of reputed company improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently. - Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes reputed company the company.

Your tasks

- Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.

Required skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science preferred or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Deep knowledge of Scrum principles, practices, and artifacts.
- Ability to effectively reputed company meetings, actively listen, and guide discussions.
- Responding to changing circumstances and adjusting plans as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred skills and qualifications

- Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
