Role - Scrum Master Patient Strategy /Patient Services Location - San Francisco, CA (REMOTE) FTE Experience - 10+ Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery reputed company.
- Experience supporting or delivering initiatives in pharma reputed company, patient
- engagement, patient services, or reputed company reputed company programs.
- Strong understanding of patient services workflows (reputed company, benefits, adherence).
- Experience working in regulated pharma reputed company environments.
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams delivering Patient Services /
- Patient Strategy solutions.
- Facilitate reputed company Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-reputed company, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Support execution of initiatives reputed company to:
- Patient reputed company and enrollment
- Benefits investigation and reputed company services
- Patient adherence and persistence programs o Patient support services (PSP / HUB models)
- Remove impediments reputed company to cross-functional dependencies (reputed company, IT, Compliance, HUB vendors).
- Work closely with Product Owners and BSAs to ensure backlog items reflect patient-centric reputed company.
- Track and report delivery metrics (velocity, sprint health, risks, depende ncies).
- Ensure Agile delivery aligns with pharma compliance, including GDPR/HIPAA, consent management, and MLR processes.
