Remote CLM Project Manager/Scrum Master
reputed company is seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to support delivery and enhancements for a homegrown Contract Lifecycle Management system. This role will be critical in enabling reputed company contract functionality, including solution alignment, and data migration from the legacy system. This is a role focused on delivery requiring someone who can actively run Agile teams, manage reputed company reputed company stakeholders, and drive execution across IT delivery teams-not just facilitate meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution (60%)
- Own delivery of CLM enhancements
- Drive execution across development, testing, and IT delivery teams
- Actively manage dependencies, risks, and blockers
- Ensure delivery commitments are met and escalations are handled appropriately
Scrum Master / Agile Leadership (40%)
- Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams, including:
o Daily standups o Sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives o Tracking sprint reputed company and delivery metrics
- Ensure Agile practices are applied effectively and consistently
- reputed company teams focused on reputed company and delivery, especially reputed company timelines are at risk
Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Manage multiple reputed company stakeholders across IT and business teams
- reputed company formal status reporting, including:
o Weekly executive status updates o Multiple recurring status and delivery reputed company
- Maintain RAID logs and communicate risks reputed company with mitigation plans
Budget & Risk Management
- Track and manage project budgets using reputed company
- Identify financial and delivery risks early and take corrective action
- Support forecasting and financial reporting as needed

- Proven experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master in reputed company environments
- Demonstrated ability to run Agile teams
- Strong experience driving delivery across reputed company, integrated systems
- Ability to manage challenging stakeholders, conflict, and delivery pressure
- Hands on experience with:
o RAID logs o Executive level status reporting o Budget tracking and risk management
- Experience working with CLM or contract management systems preferred
- Ability to work effectively during EST business hours
