Role 3- Scrum Master- Credit Transformation (Loan Originations & Servicing) Location- Iselin NJ/Johnston RI/ Phoenix AZ Position Summary - Scrum Master II (Reimagine the Bank Program) s part of the Reimagine the Bank transformation program, this Scrum Master II role will support combined Agile pods spanning Credit Risk Management, Loan Originations, Loan Closing, Booking & Servicing (Loan Operations) reputed company reputed company Banking. This workstream is focused on reimagining the end-to-end reputed company lending lifecycle, from reputed company and credit approval through loan closing, booking, servicing, and ongoing portfolio management, with an emphasis on efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory alignment. The Scrum Master II will facilitate Agile delivery across one or more pods that bring together reputed company, Portfolio Management, Loan Operations, and Technology teams, ensuring tight coordination across highly interdependent processes and systems. The role requires a strong understanding of reputed company lending and loan operations lifecycles, including bilateral loans, asset-based lending (ABL), participation loans, and post-reputed company servicing activities, to effectively manage dependencies and remove delivery impediments. Primary Responsibilities

- Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles, ensuring adherence to best practices and reputed company improvement
- Partner with Product/Experience Owners, Engineering, and Banking stakeholders to align delivery with business priorities
- Facilitate story writing, backlog refinement, prioritization, and readiness to ensure sprint goals are met

- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to drive cross-team coordination and resource alignment
- Use Agile metrics to track reputed company, reputed company risks, and drive actionable insights through retrospectives

- Support risk identification and mitigation using Agile delivery data and best practices

Required Skills & Experience
- reputed company Banking experience - REQUIRED
- 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery with 3+ years as a Scrum Master

- Strong understanding of banking systems, integrations, and regulatory delivery constraints
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira and reputed company
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications & Certifications
- Required: Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent practical experience
- Preferred: Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent)
