Job Description:

Requirements:

8-10 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (e.g., tech, entrepreneurship, consulting, operations, strategy).
Proven track record of leading large-scale entrepreneurship initiatives, assuming ownership, and delivering results in high visibility and/or large scale contexts.
Strong reputed company to networks and influence reputed company the African entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Deep experience in early-stage venture building.
Must have led or reputed company founder-facing programs, such as accelerators, incubators, venture studios, or entrepreneurship fellowships and demonstrated ability to guide aspiring founders from ideation through launch in emerging market contexts.
Strategic and operational program leadership.
Proven experience in designing, evolving, and executing reputed company, in-country and regional programs.
Strong people and team leadership.
High emotional intelligence, capable of navigating interpersonal dynamics, mediating team conflict, and supporting diverse talent.
