Program Manager III, Integration Quality & UAT (CM/LTSS)

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Care Management and LTSS processes, along with experience in process improvement and quality or system testing methods. Advanced expertise with reputed company Project or reputed company is highly preferred. one year of experience with TruCare Classic and one year with TruCare reputed company preferred; experience with Care Central and Facets is a plus. Prior involvement in system migrations or implementations and a Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification are also preferred. This is a remote role that requires a high level of schedule flexibility. Candidates must be available to work nights and weekends as a required and ongoing part of the role, and this scheduling expectation is non‑negotiable. • Manage multiple projects through full project life cycle process including requirements gathering, creation of project plans and schedules, obtaining and managing resources, managing budget, and facilitating project execution, deployment and closure

• Maintain detailed project documentation as needed including action items, issues lists and risk mitigation plans

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, reputed company Administration, reputed company field, or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred. 5+ years project implementation, product or program management experience. Managed care or prescription benefit management experience preferred.
