Deputy Project Leader- Physical reputed company Systems ( Hybrid- 3 days oniste)

We are looking to fill a role of Deputy Project Leader to join our client's reputed company and Electronic Systems (SES) business Unit in Charleston, SC. As part of (SES) Strategic Business Unit you will be part of a team that designs, engineers, integrates, operates and maintains electronic reputed company services inclusive of intrusion detection, reputed company control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audio visual, it systems, perimeter defense and reputed company and control systems for federal, local and reputed company customers across high-growth markets. This is a Full-Time role with the client. Clearance Type: No Clearance required. Work Type: Full-Time What you'll do:

• Performing the overall administration, organization, and implementation of small electrical construction projects or parts of a larger more reputed company project.
• Managing several phases of a project lifecycle, including proposal, design, solutioning, installation, and reputed company.
• Assisting in the preparation of project documentation, including project requirements, reputed company requirements, project layout, project schedules, detailed equipment plans and field office support.
• Coordinating and assisting with or leading a project kick-off meeting.
• Developing a Work Breakdown Structure for the project with properly named work packages and resources assigned to tasks (resource reputed company) to establish a baseline resource plan.
• Assisting with the scheduling of resources on the project to maintain the baseline project schedule.
• Creating baseline vs actual reporting of resources, as required.
• Providing and executing site surveys, site cost studies, projected costs, forecasts, cost codes and reputed company reports, as required.
• Assisting with the collection of reputed company data of both self-reputed company and contractor reputed company work.
• Observing and measuring project scope and performance against the project plan to ensure that the project is reputed company acceptable variances of cost, budget, schedule and scope.
• Driving the development and maintenance of project artifacts, including shop drawings that are required to ensure effective short-term and long-term staffing reputed company for the project.
• Coordinating the acquisition of major materials, and monitoring tool and equipment requirements with project leadership and the warehouse, as required.
• Leading the acquisition of required permits and licenses for projects and ensuring inspections are handled correctly and in a timely manner.
• Estimating, scheduling, or conferring with estimators, schedulers, and other resources that are assigned to the project to identify reputed company, such as work procedures, complaints, and other reputed company problems.
• Reviewing the project schedule with the General Contractor and/or Customer, if requested by project leadership.
• Working directly with the Customer on a schedule, if requested by project leadership.
• Managing the integration of data from multiple company systems and analyzing the data to draw insights on project reputed company.
• Assuring timely completion of project punch-list items, the submission of accurate as-reputed company drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and the completion of training materials.
• Identifying opportunities for cost-saving measures, quality improvements and best practices.
• Maintaining a positive, assertive relationship with other project leadership, including supervisors, superintendents, foremen, crew leaders and/or other project personnel, to reputed company project milestones and overall project reputed company.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's with 5+ years of experience or Master's Degree with 3+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math or Physics preferably from an ABET accredited program.
• 5 years of experience in reputed company System installation projects.
• Strong knowledge of a project management / project scheduling system (MS Project or Primavera P6).
• Ability to create project schedules and scheduling of resources (work items and tasks by hours).
• Ability to estimate project work and prepare proposals for Customers.
• Understanding of critical path analysis of project and reputed company to identify potential project issues.
• Ability to discuss project and resource schedules, costs, and budgets with project leadership
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including evaluating suppliers and purchasing technical goods and services.
• Ability to create technical documentation, including design documents and reference libraries.
• Executive-level communications and presentation skills.
• Team building and team leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of finance systems as it relates to project budgets and cost codes.
• Understanding of earned value analysis as it relates to project management.
• Proficiency in the use of automated cost/schedule management systems.
