Project Architect/Project Manager

POSITION SUMMARY This individual is a producer and leads the “practice” reputed company of the work. They are responsible for the design, deliverables (drawings and specifications) and the construction administration of the project. This would include coordination of staff and consultants. This position requires independent judgment in evaluation, selection, and reputed company/modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria. They also reputed company the technical design aspects of a project including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage multiple projects for select clients
• Manage a team of 1-2 staff members
• Prepares design and construction drawings and technical specifications using information supplied by the client, project manager or data obtained from research activities

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• An accredited degree in Architecture
• Licensed preferred but not required
• 7-10 years of experience on technically oriented projects
