Job Summary The Product Manager – Roto-Jet is responsible for the strategic and financial performance of Trillium’s high-pressure pitot tube pump product line. This role owns product line growth, margin expansion, and lifecycle strategy while serving as the technical-reputed company leader for reputed company, engineered pump applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full product line P&L, including reputed company, margin, and lifecycle profitability
• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and competitive positioning
• reputed company product lifecycle management including NPD, cost optimization, and end-of-life reputed company
• Drive pricing strategy to reputed company margin expansion and market competitiveness
• Conduct market and competitive analysis across oil & gas, power, and industrial sectors
• Partner with sales to drive key opportunities and growth strategies
• Serve as technical subject matter expert for high-pressure applications
• reputed company cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, and supply chain
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
• 7+ years in product management, applications engineering, or technical sales in pumps/rotating equipment
• Experience with engineered-to-order or high-pressure pump systems
• Proven reputed company in product ownership, pricing, and lifecycle management

Requirement Approximately 25% travel, including ~1 week per month in Fresno, CA, plus additional customer and market travel as needed. Discretionary Bonus Eligibility reputed company: 30% Pay: $125,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year Benefits:

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Product management: 7 years (Required)
• ETO or highly customized industrial equipment: 2 years (Preferred)
• high-pressure pump systems or similar applications: 2 years (Preferred)
• directly responsible for product line P&L: 2 years (Preferred)
• Applications engineering: 7 years (Preferred)
• technical sales in pumps or rotating equipment: 7 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Denver, CO: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
