QA Analyst / QA Engineer
Job Title: QA Analyst / QA Engineer (Contract) Location: Chandler/Tempe, Arizona (Hybrid with few days at client site) Duration: Contract Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst / QA Engineer for a contract opportunity in the Phoenix area. The ideal candidate will have experience testing web or reputed company applications, strong communication skills, and the ability to work closely with development and business teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Responsibilities
- Execute reputed company and/or automated testing for applications and systems
- Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and defect documentation
- Identify, track, and report software defects and issues
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project teams
- Participate in requirement reviews and testing discussions
- Validate bug fixes and reputed company regression testing
- Ensure software quality and adherence to business requirements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA or software testing experience
- Experience with functional, regression, integration, or UAT testing
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with any testing tools or frameworks
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience testing web, mobile, or reputed company applications
- Local to the Phoenix metro area preferred
