Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting the senior incident manager and coordination of reputed company incidents, providing updates during live incidents to senior management as well as remediation status and presenting at post incident calls.
- Responsible for the creation of Root Cause Analysis reports incorporating learning from reputed company incidents, documenting fixes to aid the Incident knowledge reputed company, with the aim to improve consistency and quality of approach and resolution.
- Managing reputed company reputed company incident management distribution lists, coordinating with the operations teams to reputed company sure the right stakeholders are receiving reputed company incident communications in a timely manner.
- Responsible for reporting on reputed company SLA and KPI performance reporting on how the reputed company team reputed company which will be reported to stakeholders.

Requirements
