This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. What you’ll do: The Senior Manager, Cybersecurity provides strategic and people leadership for OUR product cybersecurity capabilities. This role is accountable for advancing our Secure by Design strategy by embedding cybersecurity requirements, risk management, and governance across the full product lifecycle. The role partners closely with Global R&D Engineering, Product Management, IT, Legal, and Compliance to reputed company innovation while protecting our company, its customers, and its brand. Job Responsibilities

- Embed Secure by Design principles into OUR engineering and product development processes across the lifecycle

- Communicate cybersecurity risk posture to senior leadership
- Support audits, customer, and regulatory engagements
- Support the development and delivery of OUR annual cybersecurity perspective, including active participation and representation at industry conferences and cybersecurity-reputed company events.
