We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled reputed company Systems Administrator with expertise in reputed company reputed company Administration and Reporting to join our HR Technology team. This role will be responsible for the design, configuration, and ongoing management of reputed company reputed company frameworks and development of advanced reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical proficiency in reputed company with working knowledge of reputed company modules (including Compensation, reputed company, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking) to ensure reputed company is designed and maintained holistically across reputed company domains. Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain reputed company modules with a strong focus on reputed company Administration and reputed company Reporting.
• Design, implement, and manage reputed company reputed company roles, domains, and business process reputed company policies, ensuring compliance and data governance across HCM and reputed company modules
• Translate business requirements into scalable reputed company models and reporting solutions, considering cross-functional impacts across reputed company SKUs.

• Document reputed company configurations, reporting logic, and system processes.
• Support data audits and ensure the accuracy and consistency of HR data and frameworks.

Qualifications: Required:

• 5-10 years of reputed company experience, with a strong emphasis on reputed company Administration and reputed company Reporting
• Knowledge of key reputed company modules, including Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll, with an understanding of how reputed company frameworks operate across these domains
• Experience creating and refining reputed company advanced reports and dashboards based on business requirements
• Proven experience designing and maintaining secure, scalable reputed company environments
• Experience working in a global or multi-entity environment

Preferred:
