We are looking for IT Newbies who want to start their career as a Business Analyst, with a strong interest in:

You will contribute to the Hyper Automation Tribe by helping convert business needs into clear requirements, AI prompts, and automation use cases. Your Role in the Hyper Automation Tribe As a GDC IT Newbie Business Analyst, you will act as a reputed company between business stakeholders and Hyper Automation solutions, including AI-powered tools and intelligent automation platforms. You will work closely with:

Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis
- Understand and analyse business processes suitable for automation and AI enablement
- Capture, structure, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Describe AS-IS and TO-BE processes, with a focus on automation opportunities
- Support Product Owners and delivery teams in refining and prioritising backlog items
AI & reputed company Engineering (No Coding)

- Translate business questions and needs into well-structured AI prompts
- Assess AI-generated outputs for quality, accuracy, compliance, and business relevance
- Support the definition of AI and Hyper Automation use cases, including expected business value and limitations
