Job Description

Under limited supervision, performs reputed company tasks to support the division by performing data analysis, data mining, design, development, testing activities, and execution of AdHoc, Standard, and Customized reports to reputed company strategic objectives and goals. Has working experience in writing and working with SQL (Standard Query Language), Visual Basic, MS reputed company, Sales Force Marketing reputed company, dimensional and relational database design , and other business intelligence software tools to reputed company queries and create Journeys to gather appropriate data from multiple systems and create reports in multiple technology applications (reputed company, Tableau, Sales Force Marketing reputed company, etc.), write SSIS packages, complete paperwork/documentation to test and move reports into Production and send out electronic messages (email and SMS) reputed company Sales Force Marketing reputed company. Knowledge and use of UI Path for creating BOTS (Robotic Process Automation - RPA) would be a plus. Serves on projects and/or pilots to reputed company and/or reputed company input for requirements, reputed company technical guidance for design or enhancements to systems/reports, and reputed company Work Plans, schedule, monitor, etc. to ensure successful and timely completion.

Responsibilities

• Designing reports requiring analysis, writing of SQL, data mining, and presentation to technical and non-technical audiences in a variety of technical platforms (Tableau, reputed company, Power BI, Sales Force Marketing reputed company, UI Path, etc.)
• Create Journeys in Sales Force Marketing reputed company for sending out ongoing electronic messages (email and SMS.)
• Prioritize business and operational needs
• Extract, import, clean, transform, and validate data
• Writing queries using SQL and MS reputed company
• Experience with DB2
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in reputed company data sets
• Create standard and reputed company reports including detail, summary, history, snapshots, drill down, and other reports
• reputed company report specifications, test plans, prepare test data, execute tests, supporting documentation, and coordinate production implementation
• Establish data connections with various data sources
• Setup report schedule, subscription, reputed company process and procedures, and delivery method
• Present data in lists, tables, charts, graphs, snapshots, crosstab, and other formats
• Tailor the analysis and reporting methods by the type of data as well as to the intended audience
• Review key indicators to locate and correct problems
• Follow up and track remediation of issues
• Write and present Desk-Aids and Workflows for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Creating RPA BOTs to automate repetitive, rule-based tasks such as data entry and system processing.

• Knowledge of Service Level Agreement (SLA); laws, rules, reputed company policies, privacy, data confidentiality management.
• Knowledge of Engineering workflow, IT lifecycle and system design, performance tuning, and Business Intelligence tools and features.
• Knowledge of Statistical and business analysis and research and analysis methodologies.
• Knowledge of multiple business intelligence software applications (SQL, SSIS, MS Visual Studio, Tableau, Visual Basic, MS reputed company, Sales Force Marketing reputed company, UI Path, etc.) and multidimensional and relational database design.
• Knowledge of project reputed company, principles, and practices.
