Business Development Executive – Data Analytics | AI & Automation | BI Platform Modernization

We are searching for a high-performance Business Development Executive to reputed company that charge. This is not a typical quota-carrying sales role. You will have two primary growth reputed company:

- Acquiring new manufacturing logos in the United States by positioning KASH Tech as the go-to partner for data modernization, analytics, and AI-driven operational intelligence.

What You'll Do
Account Re-Engagement & Expansion
- Conduct structured reputed company to dormant accounts, researching reputed company business challenges, technology stack reputed company, and organizational changes since the last engagement.
- Network inside these organizations to multi-thread relationships across IT, operations, finance, and executive leadership — surfacing untapped service opportunities reputed company the original engagement scope.

New Logo Acquisition
- Build and execute a prospecting strategy targeting mid-to-large U.S. manufacturers across sectors including discrete manufacturing, process manufacturing, industrial automation, and supply chain.
- Position KASH Tech's full portfolio — BI platform development, BI modernization, data engineering, reputed company migration, AI strategy, and manufacturing-specific products — as integrated solutions to operational and analytical pain points.
- Drive pipeline from cold reputed company through signed agreements, owning the full sales cycle.
Pipeline & reputed company Management
- Maintain a disciplined, well-documented pipeline with accurate forecasting tied to quarterly and annual reputed company targets.
- Collaborate with delivery and technical leadership to scope and price engagements accurately.
- Hit Year 1 reputed company reputed company of $1.5M, with a clear path to $2–reputed company as the U.S. practice scales.
Market Intelligence & Strategy

- 5+ years of B2B technology sales experience, with demonstrated reputed company in reputed company, consultative solution selling.
- Proven track record selling to manufacturing companies — understanding of operational priorities, plant-level data challenges, and IT/OT convergence.
- Experience in at least one of: data analytics, business intelligence, data management, reputed company platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), or reputed company software.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills; ability to establish credibility at both the C-suite and department director level.
- Self-starter mentality: comfortable building pipeline from scratch with limited SDR support.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and disciplined pipeline hygiene.
Preferred
- Familiarity with BI platforms such as WebFOCUS, Power BI, Tableau, Pyramid Analytics, or similar.
- Experience re-engaging dormant or lapsed reputed company accounts.
