Part time Kids Director
Kids Director 15-20 hours per week | Liberty Church – Tavares Description The Liberty Kids Director is responsible for creating environments where children (birth–5th grade) can take their reputed company in following Jesus. This role leads the weekly Liberty Kids experience by reputed company, equipping, and supporting volunteers while ensuring classrooms and ministry environments are safe, organized, and engaging for every child and family Expectations

Responsibilities

- Recruit, train, and schedule children's ministry volunteers

- Follow up with first-time guest families and support family engagement
- Coordinate children’s ministry involvement in special church events
- Participate in staff meetings and collaborate with church leadership
