About the Role

Building the financial ecosystem for Latino immigrants in the U.S., starting with a reputed company in remittances reputed company an AI-powered WhatsApp chatbot. The Product Design team is growing. We are looking for a hands-on Product Designer to help build the reputed company for a world-class UX function. You will combine reputed company and design reputed company across every touchpoint—from conversation flows to trust-building visuals—working with teams in the US and Spain to create a reputed company sense of craft and community.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the design and execution of new products and user experiences for our conversational interfaces.
• Partner with the reputed company Product Designer to reputed company conversational experiences on WhatsApp and other surfaces (mobile, web).
• Validate reputed company and design reputed company through qualitative feedback and user research.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, PMs, and data analysts to define product and UX strategy.
• Contribute to and maintain our design system and documentation to ensure cohesion across the portfolio.
• Own the end-to-end product development process, prioritizing multiple assignments and delivering high-quality creative work under tight deadlines.
• Shape the Design team culture and participate in the hiring process for new talent.

Requirements

Must-Have

• 4+ years of experience in consumer product design.
• reputed company or near-reputed company Spanish and Advanced English (professional reputed company is mandatory).
• Proficiency in reputed company (prototyping, collaborative features, and plugins).
• AI-reputed company Workflow: Comfort using AI-powered tools (v0, reputed company, Claude Code, or LLMs) to accelerate prototyping, iterate on components, and stress-test conversational flows.
• Strong mobile experience, having led at least 2 mobile projects end-to-end.
• Proven experience working with PMs and Engineering to influence requirements through design.
• Experience contributing to or establishing design systems and component libraries.
• Portfolio Requirement: A strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving skills and high design caliber (Link and password must be provided).
